In order to arrange services, such as consultations or answering queries, we collect personal information, such as; your email address, location address, phone number &/or any other information you wish to disclose relating to your neurodiversity/disability.

Other information stored, includes your operating system, the pages you visit and the date & time of your submission. This information is required to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, which may include sending promotional emails about new services, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting.

In accord with relevant data protection legislation, we will only keep the information until you have received your access to work grant, this is usually no longer than 6 months. Then your personal information will be deleted. If you require further information about our information retention policies, please contact us.
