Bee's are nature's master navigators, adept at finding their way across vast distances and complex landscapes to pollinate and sustain life. At NeuroNavi, we draw inspiration from these remarkable creatures, guiding individuals and organisations through the complexities of neurodiversity with precision and care. Just as bees ensure the health of their ecosystems, we aim to help cultivate thriving, inclusive environments where all minds can flourish.

Hello, I'm Lucy, the founder of NeuroNavi. I am a Social Scientist with a CIPD Level 5 Learning and Development qualification and an Occupational Health (IOSH) qualification. Additionally, I am a Mental Health First Aid England instructor, coach, and peer support expert. Most importantly, I have lived and worked successfully with ADHD.
Having lived with the realities of ADHD symptoms and navigating various workplace environments, I have a deep personal understanding of what it means to be neurodiverse in a world that often favours conformity, I KNOW how it is to be that square peg in a sea of round holes. Throughout my career, I've held senior positions in various organisations, which has given me a unique perspective on the operational and cultural shifts needed to truly support neurodiverse individuals.
My experiences have fuelled my commitment to supporting workplaces that not only comply with legal standards but go beyond to celebrate and capitalise on the brilliant strengths of those of us with a neuro difference.
